Brush your way to super smooth skin!
Got a spare 5 minutes and a fiver in your pocket? Then you need to try skin brushing! It's a great way to cleanse your body inside and out - and the best part is it's easy, quick, and virtually cost-free!
Your skin is the biggest organ in your body - FACT. Everything you put in to your body (good and bad!) will come out one way or another through your skin - and dry brushing helps to unclog your pores and get rid of the bad stuff that can become trapped in the skin.
All you need to give this a go is to buy a good brush (one with natural fibre bristles and a long handle), and to put aside 5-10 minutes of your day (first thing in the morning or last thing at night is best - just before a shower).
Get your kit off, stand in your shower or bath, and begin brushing. You should start with your feet and legs, and move in broad sweeping motions upwards. The same procedure can be used on your chest, arms and back, and you should always be brushing towards your heart. Brushing against dry skin might feel a little uncomfortable at first, but you'll get used to the sensation.
